CHOOSE YOUR ASSESSMENT:

We recommend taking our FREE Assessment first. You can find out what type of information you will receive with our advanced products.

Our products start at only $19.95. We accept most major credit cards. Payments are processed through Verisign Secured System.

TAKE THE ASSESSMENT:

We require you to respond to all of the assessment questions provided. The Abridged Assessment takes about 15 minutes to complete. The other assessments have been completed in 30 to 120 minutes. The area specific assessments have well over 100 questions and inquiries so please plan accordingly.

Once you start an assessment, you must complete it from start to finish in one sitting for security reasons. You will not be allowed to log off and return to the questions.

Logging off, closing the page, or turning off your computer will send an incomplete assessment to the software. The responses that you did complete will be sent to our software and you will receive an incomplete report. Our advisors will work from the incomplete report.

GET THE RESULTS:

The $19.95 Abridged Assessment is our entry level product. For this assessment, you will receive a 17-20 page report sent to the email address that you provide during the registration process.

For the area specific assessments you will receive a summary report and be assigned to Sport Decisions consultants.

WATCH THE IMPROVEMENTS:

The consultants will walk you through your summary report. They will review what your results mean and offer insights and advice on how to improve your performance. Question and answer sessions are typically done through the email address provided during registration.
